Jon Parker has 24 years of brokerage/tenant representation experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry specializing in retail/restaurant tenant representation and site selection for clients in Tennessee, Kentucky, North Georgia, Alabama, North Mississippi, and Southwest Virginia. Among others, Jon represents Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33, Punch Bowl Social, Duluth Trading Company, Take 5 Oil Change, Popeye’s Chicken, and Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill. Jon also specializes in excess property disposition for national clients in Tennessee and the Southeast U.S. Jon was responsible for booking over $105 Million in commercial real estate lease and purchase transactions from 2006-2019. Jon has been married for 18 years, and he has 2 daughters. Jon holds an M.B.A and B.A. from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
Jack Gilmore has 10+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in tenant representation, corporate strategy, and site selection. He analyzes consumer trends and market growth to support brand expansion initiatives. He works closely with national retailers, using respective pro-forma, financial model, and market objectives to lead site discovery, negotiation, and deal execution goals. Jack has experience working with developers/landlords to strategize the highest and best use for assets under management and execute the deals necessary to meet and succeed investment performance requirements. This includes void analysis, analyzing market trends, negotiating deal terms, working with land use planners, government authorities, and construction consultants. With all clients and objectives, he facilitates the deal process from start to finish. Jack graduated from the University of South Carolina with a major in Finance in 2011 and moved to Nashville in 2013.
